First Presbyterian Church of Rising Sun is a founding congregation of the Evangelical Reformed Presbyterian Church.  We are an evangelical congregation that believes the Bible is the Word of God written and that Jesus Christ is the only name given among men whereby we might be saved.  We subscribe to the Westminster Confession of Faith as the system of doctrine taught in the Holy Scriptures.
